Notice for joining the LANGDE marketing network
What are the basic conditions for applying to join the Langde marketing network (hereinafter referred to as distributors)?
1. Applicants should agree with the corporate culture of Langde and abide by the marketing policies and regulations of Langde;
2. Applicants should have a certain inkjet printer marketing background or marketing network resources and have certain financial strength;
3. The market applied for development is in line with the target market of the group company;
4. Applicants should abide by laws and regulations and have no bad social records and hobbies;
5. Applicants should be honest and trustworthy.
How to become a distributor of our company?
In emerging markets, undeveloped markets or areas where Langde products have a low market share, if a customer applies, an agreement can be signed to authorize them as a special distributor or general distribution office; but the agreement must stipulate the annual sales task. If no one month in the first three months of the agreement period can reach 1/12 of the annual sales volume, its authorization qualification should be revoked.
What rights do distributors (except general distribution offices) enjoy?
1. Enjoy distributor price
2. Fixed year-end rebate (determined by sales performance);
3. Protection of interests in a specific field. Enjoy the only business authorization in a specific authorized field during the authorization period;
4. Quick technical support
5. Appropriate advertising or advertising support.
What are the obligations that distributors should bear?
1. Strictly implement the company's sales policy;
2. The brand of inkjet printer products distributed should be unique, and it is not allowed to sell products of other domestic similar manufacturers;
3. Timely convey the supply and demand trends and price information of local market inkjet products to the company, and assist the company in reducing product costs and improving product quality;
4. Distributors should include the company's product sales in the company's important work and strive to open up the local market;
5. As a sales outlet of Langde, distributors should obey the company's unified marketing management and promise to fulfill the company's obligation to keep commercial (technical) secrets.
